Day 039 – 100 days of Keto (Chow)

I was down again for the city weigh in yesterday, not much but still in the right direction.

I did a great job of mostly eating just keto chow yesterday. I had 3 keto chows, a mini gouda cheese wheel, an egg with a slice a bacon at dinner with some avocado. I didn’t even eat any of the pizza toppings at our routine Wednesday lunch meeting.
