Wow, that’s a LOT of water weight! (3.5lbs) Having food with a lot of salt will do that to you I guess.
There I go, back down =) Yesterday I made jello using keto chow and some sugar free jello. Put it in the fridge overnight and tried it for breakfast. Overall it turned out pretty well. I used vanilla Keto Chow and orange Jello. Not sure how other flavor combinations will turn out. I have some lime jello too.
