If you’ve never tried a flavor, or are otherwise uncertain you will like a flavor, order a single meal if possible!
- We limit returns/store credit to unopened products within 30 days from the ship date. The returns/store credit doesn’t need to be complete in the 30-day window, you just need to contact us before the 30 days expire.
- If you received a shipment you no longer want and the shipping box is still unopened (tape uncut), we can usually get USPS/UPS to return it to us at no cost. Please contact us ASAP so we can get that going.
- If the flavor you received just isn’t something you like, we will work with you to get you a different flavor you know you like.
- If you decide that you simply do not want the Keto Chow products from your order, please contact us.
- We authorize all refunds as store credit to your account, once we receive and check the returned product.
Replacement Policy: It’s not your fault if a product arrives damaged or defective. Don’t sweat it! We’ll take care of you.

- If a product is defective, please take photographs and contact us for a replacement.
