  • Heat the almond milk until it is very hot but not boiling (about 200℉).
  • While the milk is warming, combine the Keto Chow, flax seed, and erythritol in a bowl.
  • Slowly pour the hot milk into the Keto Chow mixture while stirring until all the milk is absorbed.
  • Add the nut butter to the bowl and stir into the cereal. The cereal will thicken as it sits.
