Purple Cow Float

Purple Cow was the name of an ice cream parlor in a local chain of stores where I grew up in Michigan. It is also the name of a purple ice cream float made with vanilla ice cream and grape soda or grape juice, a unique but fun and refreshing combination. Now you can make your own Purple Keto Cow when you’re feeling a bit nostalgic!

Yields:

1 serving

Ingredients:

  • 2 Tbsp. heavy cream
  • 1 serving Grape Keto Chow
  • 1 cup room temperature water
  • 1 cup soda water or seltzer
  • 1 scoop sugar-free vanilla ice cream 3 oz.

Directions:

  • Mix the heavy cream, Keto Chow, and room temperature water and refrigerate for at least one hour.
  • To make the purple cow place the prepared Keto Chow in a large, chilled mug or glass, add the soda water and stir gently to combine. Add the scoop of ice cream and enjoy.
