Turkey and garlic chaffle

A cheesy, flavor-packed chaffle that will give you Thanksgiving vibes all year long.

Yields:

2 mini waffles

Ingredients:

  • 1 large egg
  • 1 Tbsp. Savory Chicken Keto Chow
  • 2 Tbsp. French herb and garlic cheese such as Boursin or Alouette
  • 1 Tbsp. fine almond flour or ground pork rinds
  • 1 oz. deli turkey about two slices, sliced into thin strips
  • 1 tsp. sliced green onion sliced, optional

Directions:

  • In a small mixing bowl, beat the egg, then mix in the Keto Chow, cheese, and almond flour.
  • Add the turkey, and green onions if using.
  • Preheat a mini waffle iron and spray with oil.
  • Add half the batter to the waffle iron to cook. It should take about three minutes. If the waffle feels stuck, let it cook a bit longer until it frees easily. Repeat with the other half of the batter.
