  • 1servingBeef Soup Base Keto Chow(or 1 scoop)
  • 14 ounceswaterhot
  • 1 tsponion flakes
  • 1/2 tspgranulated garlic
  • 1/2tspdried parsley
  • 1/2 tspground black pepper
  • saltto taste
  • swiss cheeseor Gruyere cheese optional
