Keto Stuffing

A Thanksgiving classic goes keto.

Yields :

8 servings

Ingredients:

  • 4 cups Foxhill Kitchens Croutonz or keto bread cut into half-inch squares and dried in a low oven until crispy)
  • 1 stick celery
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1 tsp. poultry seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp. sage
  • 2 Tbsp. Savory Chicken Soup Keto Chow
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter melted
  • 1/2 cup warm water
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

  • Preheat oven to 350℉.
  • Put croutons, celery, onion, poultry seasoning, and sage in a large bowl and mix well.
  • Whisk melted butter, warm water, and Keto Chow together. Pour Keto Chow mixture over crouton mixture and gently combine.
  • Add more water if you desire a softer stuffing. Salt and pepper to taste.
  • Place in a bread pan, cover with foil, and bake for 30-40 minutes.
