- Grease a microwave-safe mug.
- Mix the Egg White Protein into the warm water in a small bowl until it’s completely dissolved.
- Stir in the remaining ingredients, then pour the mixture into the prepared mug.
- Microwave on full power for 45-60 seconds.
- Carefully remove the mug from the microwave; it will be very hot.
- Turn the bread out onto a plate or cutting board.
