Keto BBQ Chicken Pizza
Never trust anyone who says they don’t like pizza. Just sayin’.
- 2.5oz.pork panko
- 2tsp.dried rosemary
- 2tsp.dried thyme
- 2Tbsp.Greek yogurt
- 1lb.ground turkey
- 5oz.Smoky Bacon BBQ Sauce
- 4oz.cooked chickenchopped into small pieces
Preheat oven to 375℉ and line a baking sheet with parchment.
Combine the eggs, panko, dried herbs, and Greek yogurt in a bowl. Mix well.
Place the ground turkey in a large bowl, pour in the egg mixture and mix together with a fork until you have a ball of dough.
Spoon the turkey mixture onto the lined baking sheet. Spread out evenly into a 12” circle using a spatula.
Bake for 20 minutes.
Spread the BBQ sauce evenly over the top and then sprinkle the shredded mozzarella, chicken pieces, and sliced mushrooms evenly over the top.
Bake for an additional 10 minutes.
Slice once pizza has cooled.
