- Unopened products shipped within 30 days are eligible for return. The return doesn’t need to be complete in the 30-day window, you just need to contact us before the 30 days expire.
- If the original package/box we shipped to you is still unopened (tape uncut), we can usually have the carrier return it to us at no cost. Please contact us ASAP so we can get that going.
- If a flavor you received isn’t something you like, or you simply do not want the Keto Chow products from your order, please contact us.
- Returned items will be refunded as a store credit to your Keto Chow Rewards account, once we receive and check the returned product.
It’s not your fault if a product arrives damaged or defective. Don’t sweat it! We’ll take care of you.
