Instructions

  • Preheat your waffle maker by switching on and closing the lid.
  • Put the egg white protein, baking powder, onion powder, and pork panko in a bowl and whisk together really well, breaking up any clumps of panko as you whisk.
  • Add the eggs and heavy cream and whisk well until mixed.
  • Spoon 2 Tbsp. waffle mix onto the center of the lower plate of your mini waffle maker, spread out to the edges and close the lid.
  • Cook for 7 minutes, raise the lid and remove the waffle before repeating for the remaining 9 waffles.
