Pour the hot coffee over the white chocolate chips in a heat resistant container.
Blend until the white chocolate is melted.
Add the heavy cream, Keto Chow, and freeze-dried raspberries (if using).
Blend again until all the Keto Chow is dissolved, and the coffee is creamy and frothy.
Pour into a large mug and garnish with whipped cream, white chocolate chips, and freeze-dried raspberries (if using).
