Tomato Pepperoni Dip
This pepperoni dip is an explosion of pizza in your mouth, but without all the carbs! Enjoy with keto crisps, celery sticks, baby hotdogs, or keto toast.
- 0.5cupsour cream*
- 8oz.cream cheese at room temperature
- 1tsp.dried oregano
- 2clovesgarliccrushed or very finely chopped
- 2Tbsp.chicken bone broth
- 1scoop Creamy Tomato Basil Keto Chow
- 0.25cupgrated parmesan
- 1pepperoni meat sticksliced (or 1 oz. mini pepperoni)
Preheat the oven to 425°F.
Place the sour cream, softened cream cheese, dried oregano, crushed garlic, and chicken bone broth in a bowl and beat until combined.**
Add the Keto Chow and mix.
Add the chopped pepperoni and shredded mozzarella, and mix.
Spoon the mixture into a heat resistant baking dish; spread evenly.
Sprinkle the grated parmesan over the surface of the dip, then add pepperoni meat stick.
Bake for 20 minutes, until bubbling and the cheese is browned.
*To lower the amount of fat, use low fat cream cheese or sour cream. You can also add only 4 oz. mozzarella.
