Ingredients

  • 4cupsFoxhill Kitchens Croutonzor keto bread cut into half-inch squares and dried in a low oven until crispy)
  • 1stickcelerychopped
  • 0.5cuponionchopped
  • 1tsp.poultry seasoning
  • 0.5tsp.sage
  • 2Tbsp.Savory Chicken Soup Keto Chow
  • 0.5cupsalted buttermelted
  • 1.5cupschicken brothwarm water
  • saltto taste
  • ground black pepperto taste

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350℉.
  • Put croutons, celery, onion, poultry seasoning, and sage in a large bowl and mix well.
  • Whisk melted butter, warm water, and Keto Chow together. Pour Keto Chow mixture over crouton mixture and gently combine.
  • Add more water if you desire a softer stuffing. Salt and pepper to taste.
  • Place in a bread pan, cover with foil, and bake for 30-40 minutes.
