Strawberry Mint Cooler

Ingredients

  • 1.25cupswater10 fl. oz. room temperature
  • 1serving Chocolate Mint Keto Chow
  • 1cupfrozen strawberries4 oz.
  • 1tsp.cocoa powder
  • 0.33cupheavy cream2.7 fl. oz.
  • 1tsp.fresh mint leaves4-5 leaves
  • Red food coloringoptional

Instructions

  • Mix the water and Keto Chow together well and chill at least 30 minutes, preferably overnight.
  • To make the cooler transfer the prepared Keto Chow to a blender and add the frozen strawberries and cocoa powder. For a thicker drink, add the ice cubes. Blend until the berries are pureed.
  • Add the heavy cream and mint leaves and blend just to combine. The color may look somewhat grey because of the color of the ingredients. You can add a drop or two of red food coloring to brighten the color if desired.
  • For a thicker drink add half a cup ice cubes to the blender with the frozen strawberries.
  • Serve in a tall glass and enjoy.
