- 2Tbsp.butter(30 g.)
- 4Tbsp.cream cheese(60 g.)
- 1servingCream of Mushroom Keto Chow
- 1canmushroom stems and pieces or sliced mushroomsdrained (113 g. or 4 oz.)
In a medium saucepan, combine water, butter, and cream cheese over medium heat until butter has completely melted and cream cheese has mostly melted.
Add the Keto Chow and blend with an immersion blender.
Add the mushrooms and simmer for 5 minutes, adding salt and pepper to taste.
