Keto Hummus

Ingredients

Instructions

  • Cook the frozen cauliflower until tender. Drain and cool to room temperature.
  • Combine the cauliflower, tahini, garlic cloves, vinegar, and salt in the food processor’s work bowl. Process on high speed until the cauliflower and garlic are blended into a puree.
  • Mix the Keto Chow with the water. Add the Keto Chow and blend until it’s incorporated.
  • With the machine running, add the olive oil in a steady stream, blending until all the oil has been absorbed.
  • Spread the hummus onto a large plate or shallow serving dish, drizzle with more olive oil and sprinkle with paprika or cayenne pepper for garnish.*
