These keto egg bites are the perfect snack for egg lovers on a low carb diet.

  • 5eggs
  • 1oz.Keto Chow Egg White Protein30 g.
  • 5oz.cooked turkeyfinely chopped (140 g.)
  • 4oz.mushroomsfinely chopped (110 g.)
  • 0.5oz.fresh chivesfinely chopped (15 g.)
  • 0.5tsp.salt
  • ground black pepper
  • 0.33cupsour cream


  • Preheat the oven to 375°F and line a muffin tin with silicone baking cups.
  • Crack the whole eggs into a jug (preferably one with a pouring lip) and whisk well.
  • Add the Egg White Protein and whisk until the powder is mixed in. Leave to stand for 5]five minutes.
  • In a bowl, mix the turkey, mushrooms, and chives together well.
  • Divide turkey mixture evenly between the 12 silicone cups.
  • Add sea salt, ground black pepper, and sour cream to the jug with the egg mixture and whisk until completely mixed.
  • Carefully pour the egg mixture evenly over the turkey mixture in the 12 silicone cups.
  • Bake on the center rack for 30 minutes until the bites are risen, puffy, and pale brown.
  • Remove from the oven and let cool for 15 minutes. They will fall a little.
  • If not eating immediately, remove from silicone cups and let cool completely before packing in a storage container and placing in the fridge.
