Keto since January 2018, Keto Chow for about 10 months.
I’ve struggled with my weight all my life. Keto Chow has done an effective job at helping me keep track of my caloric intake and macros. Ever since I switched to drinking three shakes per day (I initially started off just drinking two along with a solid food meal), and combining that with intermittent fasting and exercise, the weight has come off quite a bit. I’ve lost about 35 lbs since January, but have gained muscle during that time as well.
