I started doing keto in 2017 after my trainer recommended it. I had already been eating no sugar, low carb, low fat, moderate protein for a year and not seeing any change. I instantly felt better, more energy and love how I feel living the keto life. I live in Utah. I've been married for 27 years to my recently keto-converted hubby and have two adult kids!
